The Monarch Butterfly paintings are now on display at Turquoise Raven!

We had such a wonderful time during our Monarch Butterfly painting class. Those young artists created beautiful butterflies while learning about these amazing pollinators. Several parents joined in too, making it a fun and memorable experience for everyone.

The kids were curious, enthusiastic, and impressively knowledgeable about Monarch butterflies. It was inspiring to see their creativity and excitement for nature!

After their time at Turquoise Raven, these butterfly paintings will travel to the public libraries in Cortez, Dolores, and Mancos, continuing to spread awareness about the importance of protecting our pollinators.

Be sure to stop by and enjoy these colorful creations while they're on display!

I will be participating in the upcoming Music of the 60s 70s 80s Art Exhibit at the @turquoiseravenartgallery. This exhibit brings together many artists and mediums inspired by the sounds, culture, and nostalgia of these unforgettable decades.

“When Do I Stop?” The opening of this conceptual show at @turquoiseravenartgallery last Friday brought a full and lively crowd.
The space felt energized, with people moving from piece to piece, taking their time and engaging in thoughtful conversation. There was something powerful in the way each piece invited you to pause, look a little longer, and find your own meaning.

The exhibit continues through May 30th. If you missed the opening, there’s still time—the show is waiting to be experienced.
